Delivery
Delivery is free for orders over £15 to GU1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 postcodes. For smaller orders and delivery to other areas a fee will be charged at the nominal rate of 60p per mile.
Fondant covered cupcakes and Cake Pops are also available by mail order. We can despatch these with 48 hours notice to anywhere in the UK. We regret that butter cream cupcakes cannot be delivered by post due to their delicate nature.

How do I place an order?
Simply send us an email to thetravellingteashop@gmail.com stating what you would like, quantity, and when and where they are to be delivered. Alternatively you can call using the details on the contact page.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash or cheque payments are perfect! For orders over 48 cakes we will require a 50% deposit up front.
Is it possible to taste your cakes prior to ordering?
Of course you can. For orders over 50 cakes we would be delighted to invite you to our kitchen and discuss your requirements over a cuppa and a cake! For smaller orders why not order a selection box and then choose your favourite!
What ingredients do you use?
We use the finest quality ingredients, organic/Fair Trade products wherever possible. Our cakes are baked using the finest Madagascan Vanilla Extract.
Allergies
These cupcakes are baked in an environment where nuts are used in cooking and therefore are not recommended for those with nut allergies.
Any problems?
If you have a problem, please let us know within 2 days of receiving your order. We will do all we can to resolve the issue. (Although we don’t expect to hear from you for anything but more cakes!)x
